The previous season was set in Korea’s Joseon Dynasty three years after the Imjin War. It tells the story of Crown Prince Lee Chang, his subordinates and an unnatural plague that revives the dead. Typically, the story of Kingdom Business centres on Denita Jordan. She’s the reigning queen of Gospel and Caesar. Her ex-boyfriend and producer launched her music career. Denita is a smart woman, who runs a megachurch.
She is determined to protect her family’s secrets and keep her place at the throne. Her music is well-known around the globe. Although her husband, Caesar, is a bishop of the first kingdom, it doesn’t matter when Jordan is concerned.
Denita is a leader and has no tolerance for her family or employees. Jordan is soon confronted by “Rbel”. She’s a young woman who enters her life unawares. This young woman has been an exotic dancer all her life. She threatens Jordan’s life and is determined to challenge Gospel Music conventions.
