Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle is an anime manga series written and illustrated by Kagiji Kumanomata. It began publication in Shōgakukan’s weekly magazine Shūkan Shōnen Sunday on May 11, 2016. Since then, it has been collected into twenty-one tankōbon volumes.
The official synopsis of the series is: Princess Syalis is the beloved princess of the human world’s kingdom of Goodereste. Although she was kidnapped by a demon lord, her only concern is finding a good place to sleep in this castle. She, therefore, decides to spend the hours sleeping, but getting a good night’s rest turns out to be a lot of work! To fulfill her ambition, she begins by making a handmade pillow with the skin of her Teddy Demon guards and an “air cushion” from the magical Wind Shield.
The princess’s hapless demon guards soon discover that her captive expects to be treated like, well, a princess. The story begins with the Demon King, who wants to beat the Hero fairly, so he takes the Princess who was loved by the people from her, but she only cares about sleeping well in the Demon Castle.
